Privacy Policy

FrogMan

Effective date: March 29, 2026

Last updated: March 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SinseraGames, a proprietorship firm based in India (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you download, install, or play FrogMan, our arcade mobile game built with Flutter. The game will be distributed through mobile app stores when available; our listing on Google Play is currently under review. FrogMan is a 2D game in which you control a frog, jump by tapping, avoid obstacles (such as cacti and enemy attacks), progress through many levels including periodic boss encounters, and reach the finish line.

FrogMan is directed to children. Parents and guardians should read this policy carefully. By allowing a child to use the game, you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Conditions, where applicable law permits.

1. Who we are

FrogMan is published by SinseraGames (proprietorship), India. We are the data fiduciary / controller for personal data described here, subject to applicable law. For privacy-related questions, use the contact details in Section 13.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account to play FrogMan, and the game does not offer in-app purchases. Depending on your device, platform, and how the game is configured, we or our service providers may still process limited data, including:

  • Device and technical information: Device type, operating system version, app version, language, general region or time zone (from device settings), and similar technical data needed to run and debug the app.
  • Identifiers used for ads and measurement: Where the app shows ads, advertising-related identifiers (for example Google Advertising ID on Android or similar identifiers on other platforms, where available) and related data processed by our advertising partner.
  • Gameplay and app events: Information about how the app is used (for example session length, level progress, crashes, and performance data) to improve stability and gameplay.
  • Ad interaction data: Data related to ads shown in the app (for example impressions and clicks) as processed by our ad partner.

We do not ask children in the app for their name, email address, phone number, or precise real-time location for gameplay. If a parent or guardian contacts us by email, we will process the information they send (such as email address and message content) to respond.

3. Advertising, Google AdMob, and child-directed practices

FrogMan is monetized through Google AdMob (and related Google technologies). Because the game is directed to children, we aim to configure advertising and data practices in line with Google Play’s families and child-directed requirements, including use of appropriate AdMob / Families SDK settings and limitations on personalized advertising where required by Google and applicable law. Ads may still be contextual or non-personalized, and third parties may still process certain technical or measurement data as described in Google’s documentation.

Google’s use of data is described here: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Further information for developers and families appears in Google’s policies for apps directed at children, for example: Google Play’s families policy.

Device controls: Parents and guardians can review device and account settings (for example advertising ID reset, ad personalization controls on Android, or tracking and privacy settings on iOS) to limit certain uses of identifiers where the platform allows.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve FrogMan and its features.
  • Display advertisements through AdMob in accordance with child-directed and families policies where applicable.
  • Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and analyze aggregated usage trends.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

5. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)

If applicable data protection laws require a “legal basis,” we rely on: (a) performance of a contract or equivalent (providing the game); (b) legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the app (where not overridden by the interests or rights of users, especially children); and (c) consent or parental permission where required by law for certain processing (including some advertising or personalization settings).

6. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

  • Google (AdMob): For advertising and related measurement, as described above.
  • App stores: Apple, Google, and other stores process information under their own policies when you download or update the app.
  • Service providers: Vendors that help us support the app, subject to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.
  • Authorities: When required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell lists of personal information in the traditional sense. Some regions treat certain sharing of identifiers for advertising as a “sale” or “sharing”; you or your parent or guardian may have opt-out rights under local law (see Section 9).

7. International transfers

Our partners (including Google) may process data in countries other than India. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms recognized in your jurisdiction.

8. Retention

We and our partners retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you or your parent or guardian may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise rights that we control directly, contact us using Section 13.

Users in India: If the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules apply, data principals generally have rights such as access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination, subject to statutory exceptions. You may contact us with requests or complaints; you may also have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India or other bodies as prescribed under Indian law from time to time.

For data processed by Google in connection with ads, also see Google’s privacy policy and product settings.

10. Children’s privacy (app directed to children)

FrogMan is directed to children. We design the game and this policy with that in mind.

  • We do not knowingly collect contact details or other personal information from a child through the game for marketing outside what is needed for ads and analytics as described above.
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have received personal information from your child in a way that concerns you, contact us at business@sinseragames.com and we will respond in line with applicable law (including, where relevant, requests to delete information we hold).
  • We encourage parents and guardians to supervise play, review device and store parental controls, and discuss safe online habits with children.

Where our players include users in the United States, we aim to follow practices consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Federal Trade Commission guidance for apps directed to children, in addition to Google Play requirements.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” line. Where the law requires, we will seek additional consent or provide notice. Continued use of FrogMan after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
