This Privacy Policy describes how SinseraGames, a proprietorship firm based in India (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you download, install, or play FrogMan, our arcade mobile game built with Flutter. The game will be distributed through mobile app stores when available; our listing on Google Play is currently under review. FrogMan is a 2D game in which you control a frog, jump by tapping, avoid obstacles (such as cacti and enemy attacks), progress through many levels including periodic boss encounters, and reach the finish line.
FrogMan is directed to children. Parents and guardians should read this policy carefully. By allowing a child to use the game, you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Conditions, where applicable law permits.
FrogMan is published by SinseraGames (proprietorship), India. We are the data fiduciary / controller for personal data described here, subject to applicable law. For privacy-related questions, use the contact details in Section 13.
We do not require an account to play FrogMan, and the game does not offer in-app purchases. Depending on your device, platform, and how the game is configured, we or our service providers may still process limited data, including:
We do not ask children in the app for their name, email address, phone number, or precise real-time location for gameplay. If a parent or guardian contacts us by email, we will process the information they send (such as email address and message content) to respond.
FrogMan is monetized through Google AdMob (and related Google technologies). Because the game is directed to children, we aim to configure advertising and data practices in line with Google Play’s families and child-directed requirements, including use of appropriate AdMob / Families SDK settings and limitations on personalized advertising where required by Google and applicable law. Ads may still be contextual or non-personalized, and third parties may still process certain technical or measurement data as described in Google’s documentation.
Google’s use of data is described here: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Further information for developers and families appears in Google’s policies for apps directed at children, for example: Google Play’s families policy.
Device controls: Parents and guardians can review device and account settings (for example advertising ID reset, ad personalization controls on Android, or tracking and privacy settings on iOS) to limit certain uses of identifiers where the platform allows.
We use the information described above to:
If applicable data protection laws require a “legal basis,” we rely on: (a) performance of a contract or equivalent (providing the game); (b) legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the app (where not overridden by the interests or rights of users, especially children); and (c) consent or parental permission where required by law for certain processing (including some advertising or personalization settings).
We may share information with:
We do not sell lists of personal information in the traditional sense. Some regions treat certain sharing of identifiers for advertising as a “sale” or “sharing”; you or your parent or guardian may have opt-out rights under local law (see Section 9).
Our partners (including Google) may process data in countries other than India. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms recognized in your jurisdiction.
We and our partners retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.
Depending on where you live, you or your parent or guardian may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise rights that we control directly, contact us using Section 13.
Users in India: If the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules apply, data principals generally have rights such as access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination, subject to statutory exceptions. You may contact us with requests or complaints; you may also have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India or other bodies as prescribed under Indian law from time to time.
For data processed by Google in connection with ads, also see Google’s privacy policy and product settings.
FrogMan is directed to children. We design the game and this policy with that in mind.
Where our players include users in the United States, we aim to follow practices consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Federal Trade Commission guidance for apps directed to children, in addition to Google Play requirements.
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” line. Where the law requires, we will seek additional consent or provide notice. Continued use of FrogMan after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
